I feel like you’re affiliated with RCI.

I also feel like you’re trying to trap me in some legal battle with RCI.

All I’m trying to do is disclose what’s missing from their product description.

Sure, everyone you don't like is an RCI employee. Very exceptional of you. A legal battle from an Internet forum post? Please, don't stop. Keep going...

You obviously don’t know much about the legal system or you’re playing dumb now

Now you're just crawfishing. First it was deception, now you just want to inform the people. Mmmhmm.

Well, if not getting a specific length slider was going to make you mad, you really should have done more research. I guess the moral is you should have really known more about what you wanted in a slider - angle, square, round, length, etc.

As you know, in the real world, that is what we call a learning experience. Just part of life. I am certain you won't make that error again.

Right, I'm totally going to launch an expensive lawsuit because of your complaining on the Internet. That's definitely it.

I am trained in mental health first aid. I sense you feel paranoid, please tell me more about your feelings. Are you feeling any other strong emotions. You aren't alone and there is help.

    Edited for clarity.

I am going to have to disagree with part of this... yes, marriage is mostly a dumb idea. The younger you are, the dumber the idea is...

However, buying aftermarket parts/accessories for a Taco is FUN and a great idea!! IMO, at least.

Considering rci is based in Colorado, there are 2 socal, 1 Canada and I am pretty sure the other don't live in Colorado. I doubt anyone is seriously trying to trap you into anything legal.

Thank you. This is exactly it.

I recently did a long distance move and utilized a moving company that quoted us $3,100 to do the move. After they loaded up the truck they used their legal powers to change the estimate to $5,500 or pay them $2750 to take all the furniture back out of the truck. I knew that they had me and had to pay the $5,500. Later they asked me to write a nice review on Yelp and Google. I told them I will give them the review they deserve which will be the truth. They threatened to sue me for disclosing the truth about their operation. It’s been over two years now and they continue to try to bribe me to remove my reviews. To me I would be doing the unknowing people a disservice by removing my honest review. Yes, I can get my money back from the moving company in return for removing my reviews but that’s not what I chose. I believe in doing business the honest way.

That's pretty much how most of the moving business works though.

I agree and I didn’t know. It was my first time doing a long distance move. It was a learning lesson that costed me a few extra thousand dollars. We move on.

Their “legal powers” were the contract you signed when you agreed to have them move your stuff. An estimate is just that, an estimate until they knew the full weight and dimensions of the shipment.

WITAF OP? It sounds as if you don’t do your research on anything, then blame whatever company for being deceitful. I don’t work there, but do know Josh at RCI. I can assure you the furthest thing from his mind is to deceive his customers. He believes his design works and I know a lot of guys that wheel hard with his sliders and have had no issues. I personally will be running another company’s slider, not because I think the RCI sliders are inadequate, but because I like the others design better. You’ve stated your case. Now sell them and STFU. Sometimes I’m embarrassed to say I own a third gen...

I proudly own a third gen. I love first gens also. Should have bought one years ago. You can't blame the vehicle. It didn't do anything.
