I just offered you a legitimate solution, and the fabricator reached out and said length could be adjusted as needed. What are you looking for? Put them up for sale in the 3rd gen Marketplace and they’ll be gone quickly. Craigslist, if you’re so inclined. Contact Warfab and have them build them how you want them. Warfab is also considerably cheaper so you’ll probably break out even. Sounds like a logical solution to your problem.:notsure:

Disclosure: I have not read this whole thread of what I assume is a lot of shit talking.

I have had the RCI sliders on my DCLB and have beat the holy shit out of them. I have probably dropped off more rocks than you have ever seen and I have never hit my bed or fender. Plus, it gives you room to cut in case you outgrow those 31's.

Gotcha. When I was registered “in the old days”, it was illegal to call yourself an engineer if you weren’t legally an Engineer. I’m sure that is not the case anymore as I see lots of people using the title “Engineer” that aren’t Registered Engineers. I think I will start calling myself a Doctor. ;)

Yeah it's a mess. Engineer as a word has been co opted because it sounds good. As far as I'm concerned if you're using engineering processes to solve technical problems, you're an engineer, with a little e. But if you're working in an area where public safety and liability are at risk, you most definitely need a PE, and then you get to use the big E.

Im still banking on Wizard, but I need to get a couple schools on board to update some pieces of paper for me.

Seems anyone can call themselves an engineer. Even sanitation engineers! :D

Agreed. The damage starts exactally where the slider rail stops. Design boo boo.
