Haha I know what a chamfer is. Hence why he had me at it. The woodworking description is new to me, however.

I really wish the thin fin had an option to have no holes like yours! Mine leaked and my antenna is full of corrosion

Yeah. I’d definitely take some cyclone lights on my rack over the ones I have

@MESO seems like you're going to have more designing to do

I designed a cyclone pod. But it’s just too big to fit anywhere

Design some S1 holders to face out in the four corners for work/scene lights. Or I dunno, there are so many more options to possibly be in the works.

    ICON8 Lift -285s. upTOPoverland rack.
Finished my cabling and wiring up top for four sets of lighting: (Pods/Off-road, ham and Emergency Flashers). Ham has loops to allow power antenna stress release of the coax. Two wiring runs on both sides all tie back to a 7 wire cable. The rack has built in wire management holes making this easy. Took three nights overall to mount, test, wire and bundle up the 19 fixtures involved. This weekend I will clean up the gutter trim and seal any holes with seal.

Back haul all the cables internally down through my roll-bar and under rear seat to a wiring box I have there.

This rack is just fucking awesome!

The lights look awesome. Is this rack a different configuration that what is currently offered? I want this version that goes to a point (straight panel front fairing, prinsu style) up front. All the other pictures I see have the fairing folded back.

Fairing is still folded back and will continue to be, @MESO gets some special treatment here but it still has our signature design.

It still has the 90° bend at the end. But I elongated the front face in order to fit 2 rows of Baja lights. Plus I wanted the front to be flush with the windshield(not see any receding roof)
    Here's a better pic.

Yeah, that looks great! I wish they came this way. With a tan roof, the receding roof line is not appealing to me.

I need this. I assume you have the two rows set to different switches
