Yeah, clear coat is going on now, it's less "blue/black" that gun blue typically turns steel into, but it turned it bronze o_O
i'm blaming weak solution (i paid $6 for a bottle so i won't complain, it adds character)

Was that the fall run out in Milton?
I was too sick to drag myself out of bed and attempt to drive for 4 hours so i decided to stay home and change the oil in my sister's Highlander

No, solo with wife up and down escarpmemt back roads around Belfountain, Forks of the Credit, Inglewood areas.

My secret areas of the late 80s has been encroached on in a very rapacious way. Made me very sad

I am reusing stock crash bar location spots. There are 2 more holes on each side where i’ll be adding bolts. Should hold?

I was enjoying the dirt road that runs through all those horse stables? The grange road.
    Barely anyone in there.

Not sure how many of you guys canoed into Killarney Park in the fall . From the road you see nothing .If not ,you need to put it on your bucket list . A couple from this weekend.

I haven't been there in years but that's a beautiful park in the fall. Last time I went with friends in late October we didn't see anyone after leaving the outfitters.

Just got a chance to get to this notification - thanks! Tried to step the website up a notch, hope people enjoy it.

The falls colors run was great today.
While about half showed up, that I think personally, made it a better day. the 50 expected would have been a little chaotic, so having the 25-30 vehicles there made it manageable and kept it straight forward.

Was a good day!! Props to Steve from Earthscape Overland for setting the wheels in motion.

The stock crash bar studs aren't designed to take pulling (winching) loads. Put a bolt through these frame holes and put a thick fender washer on the back side of the frame:

The Pelfreybilt bumper has another gusseted L-bracket that ties to the sway bar mounts:

It's truck maintenance day today. Let's see...need to replace driveshaft carrier bearing, passenger side wheel bearing and front brakes. Decided to stay home and drop off the truck at the shop while I work on the house. I'm waterproofing the foundation at the moment and so this works out well.
    Did the excavation last week.

Had to form up the corner since some of the blocks had deteriorated with water damage over the years.
