"Super Saiyan Six Program" lol. I'm pretty sure it was that azn youtuber from back in the day training with Matt Ogus and the other OGs. I've just been doing whatever I felt like in the gym and I needed a change.

I'm probably skipping the fair this year :notsure:

    Damn fatty.

I was 296lb this morning, feeling fast and light! lol

I have my pre-cycle bloodwork today. Planning to start on Nov 10th, which will put my last pin at a few days before my comp in January.

Ordered all my supports and some Redcon1 MRE for extra cals on cycle. Looking forward to it.

Yeahh Gokuflex I think it was who wrote that one.

I weighed in at 163 in August of last year on my wedding day. Now sitting at fluffy 187 lol. The marriage weight is real.... I have a vacation this December to VN and would like to cut a bit before then.

Heaviest I was before I started my cut was 182ish. 181 was comp weight. I’ve looked back at pics from them and I was gross. I’m much happier now at 166ish. Going to keep cutting but last week shifted my training program back to strength to try and bring those #s back up some...

we need a third to hold the camera for us in the lockeroom :D

How tall are you? I've spent the last 5 years wasting time doing the "bulk to 175lb then cut back down to 165lb" with virtually next to no progression lol... Figured I'd change it up this time around and actually allow my body to eat and put on a good 30lb's this go around. I'm loving the strength gains and looking forward to seeing the difference leaning out now.

Are you over at LT Plantation Point as well? I use to work out there early mornings but its a good 30 mins from my house now (Live in Cary).

Left is post meet, back in May 2018. I would’ve been right around 181lbs since I made weight the day before. Right is this morning, 167lbs. If I ever decide to compete again I’ll stick to the 165 weight class. I don’t ever want to look like that again :bananadead:

I’m 5’9. I think @tacopaulo has a little bit of height on me, but not much. I’ve been cutting with him since July and we get a few workouts in together each week at the LT at plantation point. I do go to Spider Strength one day per week to squat with their SSB though. That’s probably not too far from you. It’s near NC State and Peace in DTR.

I'm around 5'11 and fall somewhere in between your two pictures above currently lol. I've been wanting to check out Spider Strength too. I no longer have a LT membership and either workout in my garage gym or Fitness Connection.

Let me know and I can get you in at spider. First visit is free for a “trial”, just need a member and to sign a waiver since it’s not staffed. I usually go Tuesdays for squats but could do whenever. I’ll make @tacopaulo come too

I know those feels. Went to our go to Mexican spot for the best carnitas burrito 2 weeks ago. Ate the whole thing as usual and just felt horrendous after. Same with this sandwich place by my house. Used to destroy a sammich there and now I eat it and just want to die. Those white carbs are not friendly with me anymore.

I don’t do well with processed carbs for sure. The more you stay away from certain foods those times you introduce them it magnifies the bad effect.

I’m still not back on track. Slept a bit better last night but not great. I was a bit hangry today before my eating window at 12 too.

Its really not worth it at the end of the day. Sacrificing a few days of feeling miserable is not worth two slices of pizza.
My recovery from my runs suffered too so now I feel I can’t have a productive leg day because my muscles are stiff and sore.

It was genuinely like a pizza hangover XD

Leg/recovery day. Dropped all the weights way down. Sets of 15 on everything.

    20 mins on eliptical
    Foam roll
    Squats
    Box steps
    Leg press
    Roman chair
    Leg extensions
    1 mile walk
    Foam roll again
    Stretch
30 minutes in the hot tub.

Its 6:30 and I’m ready for bed LOL
