I finally watched El Camino, I thought it was good. Felt like an extra 2 episodes for the final season, like the 2 that were missing. Wrapped up Jesse's story pretty well, or at least his story as far as the BB series is concerned. That Landcruiser at the end was slick.

I assume you've seen BB...if not then it might not be all that entertaining, doesn't really stand on it's own as a movie. That's not a bad thing though, actually I think it's a good thing...I don't usually like it when movies based on shows try too hard to make them appeal to people that don't know the show.

    Yeah I binge watched it.

After "Scary stories you tell..." and "Joker" and my Marvel movies, I forgot about El Camino.

Oh crap I forgot about Scary Stories...I loved those books as a kid though to this day I have an occasional recurring scarecrow nightmare thanks to one of those illustrations, lol. I do want to see the movie though, I assume it'll be in theaters through Halloween hopefully

It was a beautiful drive really; I remember spending a few days in Colorado of '10.

Like I told someone else on here, we've been divorced for 9 years yet she'll still text me to say Happy Veteran's day or Happy Birthday

Despite several long term relationships, I've never managed to maintain a friendship with any of them that lasted more than maybe another year after the breakup. Although I guess that might be different for married couples that separate...my wife was married before me for 7 years and doesn't speak to her ex anymore, but that's more just her way of moving past it I think.

I've managed a friendship after a long term relationship before, but events in life, etc. kind of split us apart.

This recent break up has been easy; we go to the movies together, we hang out together, eat together, sleep together lol etc. But the weight is completely off of feeling any real obligation towards each other.

For instance, I wouldn't have gone to so-cal just for some sliders

There was always this feeling of "needing to spend quality time together" because she works part time and goes to school full time; I work more than full time so we both have always had limited schedules.

@eon_blue another good thing about your wife having ceased any communication with her ex is that she respects your marriage; why bring in any factors that can only cause issue?
