Even smaller, Grew up in Montgomery Alabama, Moved to Atlanta for a job 10 years ago. Own a house off nickajack rd

 

I was thinking the same thing...Columbus is not really the Atlanta area since it's about two hours away.

 

Grew up in Talladega Alabama have lived in Douglasville Ga for 35 years

 

Fox Brothers...which claims to serve the best Texas bbq in Georgia. My daughter (who lives in Buckhead) took my wife and I there when we were visiting. I didn’t want to hurt her feelings but I can get Texas bbq at a dozen places within a couple of miles of home.

 

As far as the OP, Callaway Gardens and FDR’s Little White House are worth a visit.

 

Fox Brothers is just one of the few places that serve Beef BBQ in Atlanta. Most serve Pork BBQ

 

The food was good. The TCU memorabilia all over the place ruined the ambiance.

Cmp like Carolina Motorsports Park?? That was like our favorite spot when I lived in Charlotte. It's not road Atlanta but it's a nice little track

Check out tank town usa, you can crush a car. I go to Atlanta all the time for work, I love it but it's not everyone's cup of tea hehe

I've ridden road Atlanta a couple times, and watched the ama races back when they were ama. I live in the north now aka hell so haven't been in a long time
