Finally dove into my blue sea fuse panel setup. Still need to shorten the power and ground wires to look cleaner, add black rubber grommets, add new mil spec posts but it’s installed and works. Wasn’t actually that hard but i am Electrically dumb. No thanks to @Superman910 for anything hahaha

Nope bought off Amazon. Two sets but need to cut them down now that i have it installed just to clean up. I think I might Just get some 5 ft from Oreillys and make my next sets myself though as i still need to build my solar setup and dual battery as well.

I have not researched that but thinking about it reminded me of riding my sport bikes and the handling information necessary to know to avoid crashing when pushing it to the limits on rt33. It will be fun to explore...I will get back to you. If I remember your rig probably has a high roll center that is different over front and back wheels and you have not added any active suspension parts to compensate for that weight when coming off a rock at an angle. Jeep rock crawlers use several suspension links to deal with the problem. I drove an xk8 with an active suspension system that kept the vehicle level thru the canyons of LA...what a joy!

Oh rt33! Those where the days! Always wore full track gear for days on 33 or 211. But yes! Roll center is height of the center of gravity (to simplify my poor understanding of it). I’m getting ready to redo my rear suspension set up with 3 links and a Panhard bar. The imaginary point at which the upper and lower links converge affects the roll center. I’ve been doing some reading, and sports cars want lower and rock crawlers want higher and I want something in the middle. I thought I’d run it by you since it plays a part in how your designing your build, and your implementation of physics on your truck is neat to see.

Is that black tray metal? If so make sure your positive wire is completely insulated. It looks like the leads that attach to the breaker are super close to touching it. If so, then that'll be a direct ground and can light up real quick.
