Rascal has been sleeping on my lap all day , she missed her Papa !!!!!!!

Wife said this little boy cried to get out and crawled right on her and promptly went to sleep.

 

Rascal and Gizmo are really acting funny today !!!!! , if I leave the living room while they're sleeping they sense I'm not there . They wake up startled and both start meowing loudly and start searching ea room until they find me

Once they find me they start head butting me or rubbing up against me also making funny sounds . Then they won't leave my side and will follow me closely . Even last night before bed time they both didnt want me to go to sleep

I've left them alone under the care of my brother or friends many times before and know they've been spoiled and well taken care of Never had the issue I'm now observing , this is the first time I've seen them like this


Should I be concerned over this recent behavior or ????

 

No, they know you are hurt and not feeling well. They are just checking on you, making sure you are still around to feed them and clean their shit box. (They actually love you)

 

Doubt it. Cats are crazy.

Otis has been left alone several times for anywhere from just the weekend to a whole week. Parents and sister have always watch and cuddled with him. This last time, all he did was hiss and scratch at my sister anytime she tried to get near. Only came for treats or dinner then walked off on his own. We got home and he was super needy. About a week later he was basically normal but a little more lovey.

 

Once in awhile Helena will cry out like she doesn't know what's going on...especially at night. Doesn't happen very often. Juno never does it.

I wouldn't be too concerned

 

Whenever my wife and I are gone for a few days or more, the cats will cry and wail like crazy at night for the first few days that were back home. No idea why but has something to do with us being gone

Harley's eye is back to normal

 

What was the diagnosis , did Harley scratch his eye with his claw ????

 

Not sure, it was much better yesterday and today was back to normal so I didn't schedule the vet appt. Might still do it anyway for later this week since he's due for a checkup

He had a pretty big eye booger last week that I wiped off with a cloth and I'm wondering if in doing so maybe I accidentally irritated that eye or got something in it, maybe thats what happened

 

Gizmo has a habit of scratching his eyes with his claws but I can usually treat him with warm moist towel to his eyes
