Spooky how he knows this stuff. o_O

On my pharmacy deliveries to nursing homes...
...I always have a smoke with the nurses and flirt with them outside on their breaks.
    They're a lot of fun. :p

Weird how so many nurses /nurses' aides smoke. :notsure:
I mentioned that and they told me it's how they cope.
I swear, at one nursing home the vast majority do smoke.
And there are always a couple outside on break.

Deer has almost zero fat so it dries out pretty easily. Generally better off frying or crock pot. But as you know, I'm no cook. @Bigdaddy4760 can prolly help out way more than I can.

I have many ways to cook venison. But as you know it all depends on how the meat is taken care off after being harvested.
I chicken fry most of the time. But I grind 3 -4 does for burger and bacon burger.

My Dad taught me to mix ground pork shoulder with deer burger.
The extra fat helps a lot.

Dude cracks me the hell up. His "Time is money" like he's Jeff Bezos or Warren Buffet schtick is pretty thin. In my previous life, I worked with quite a few folks that had a solid (well above the $150K mark) six digit income level. Almost every one of them wrenched on their own vehicles. Why? Well, because they liked to. And for the most part, when they were younger, they had to.

Me? I'm not a fan of wrenching. Other things I'd rather do. But I do it because I have the tools and I know it will be done right. I know some dipshit tech isn't gong to use a six foot cheater bar to tighten my drain plug. Or put my wheels back on with the impact wrench starting six inches away, lug nuts spinning like hell beating the piss outta my wheels. Or being charged $400 to change the diff and transfer case fluids, when I can do it for about 65$ in about an hour on a Saturday morning.

Old dude I knew would slice it pretty thin, pound it with a tenderizer mallet thingy, roll in flour, salt and pepper and fry in a skillet. It was better than a plate of donuts!

I usually tear shit up then pay to have it fixed. My mechanical skills are extremely subpar.
My buddy's son in law just opened his own shop. He does most of my shit.
