I rely on ice therapy alot and use what was given to me at the VA . I've got (8) frozen gel pads with a velcro pouch that I can strap onto my knee .these pads work very well and last over an hour

I also have a cold therapy machine that resembles an ice chest with pump , hoses and bladder with velcro straps . This machine I can leave on my knee for longer sessions and the ice stays cold for up to six hours

 

Exactly, the same thing with networks in my business... You did this, 17 network engineers back, it's your fault!!

No, a plate with screws. The first illustration is of a femoral neck fracture. My fracture was more vertical. The second illustration was drawn by the PA and the squiggly line is the fracture, with the pins/screws pulling it all back together.

Add alcohol to what, exactly.

Because I have the same theory.

 

We added ice and alcohol initially. The ice will melt as you wear it, then when you put it back in the freezer the mix will turn into a slushy, getting as cold as your freezer temp but not turn solid. So if your freezer is set at zero degrees, that's the temp of the slushy mix. It's pliable and will form fit over the knee cap, wrap around your thigh, etc. The ratio of water to alcohol changes slushyness to hard ice chunks.

 

Sounds like some communist shit to me.

 

I just drink the mixture.
