You're not 4x are you? Maybe a diff drop issue if you are :notsure: Mine isn't bad like the but I get a groan/clunk on the driver side sometimes sounding like it comes from LCA's. Took it to a trusted shop though (not the stealership) and haven't had the problem since\

EDIT: Sorry just re-read the lift kit components

Re torque the bolts, and we'll go from there. Most pops like that are due to under torqued bolts. The only other thing I can think of, is dirt/rocks in the spring seats.

Couldn't find any bolts loose. A little dirt under shock on lca. Could the shocks be hyper extending or topping out whatever u want to call it. They are stock with 3" one coils

Look in the lower spring seat, and see if you have rocks in it. Judging by the amount of mud you have gone thru in your sig pic, that could also be a cause....

Were the coils sits on the shock. ? No I didn't see any rocks dirt of trash. While driving I seem to notice the pop when the wheels travel down abruptly. Up no problem. Down sounds like shit is bout to break. Could I pull the shocks and cycle the ifs manualy and that would tell where its at

How many miles do struts normaly last? Also ball joint looked good tie rods look fine but I did notice that the shock is slightly twisted at the LCA. Side are not touching metal but they may move while working? They look slightly worn there as well. Looks like a bushing the bolt goes through to secure the strut. I can't move anything by hand but this may be a problem. Sorry for typos doing this by phone

My truck made a similar noise. For me it was the wheel balancing weights hitting my sway bar when the wheel was fully turned. I have a sway bar relocating kit. I took the truck to Discount Tire and they put a different type of balancing weight on my wheel.

    Good luck.

I have checked every bolt twice There was some dirt at the base of the coil and i did my best to get it all out then applied a little oil. Also the nut at the very top of the strut was loose. Still pops. In the truck it sounds like a click "not very loud" in the video sounds worse. Also seems to make the same noise while jacking up the truck When i jack up driver side makes noise on passenger and vise versa Yup i have made zero progress

Hell yes. My buddy said "your gonna get stuck" 5 sec. later and 33" tires gone. opened the door and mud just rolled in. So dumb. Funny thing is it didnt look too bad. But the trucks that were going through there had 44" tires not 285's

I have a really annoying 'pop' sound coming from the drivers side that I have not been able to locate or fix yet also. I've tried many times and it won't go away. I have a coliover lift and icon ucas, and whenever I hit a bump, I hear this 'pop' sound coming from the drivers side.

The only think I can think of, as was mentioned in a different thread, was the coilover is low on nitro???

Anyways this thread just reminded me that I need do deal with my weird popping noice too.
