Are you going for United States Department of Transportation legal fogs?

Yeah, definitely SAE legal. I already got annoyed they almost rejected me because of my HID's when I did my safety in September, considering the stock lights are absolute garbage and they barely lit up the road compared to the bright light the HID's produce with minimal glare/off-shot or however you say it. So for now, definitely SAE legal.

Go with rigid then. The Baja Designs United States Department of Transportation legal fogs have too much glare. Rigids fogs are nice.

I can also dim or strobe any light, and momentary any light too. Oh and they automatically cut the lights/accessories so you can still start your truck later, and built in volt meter for battery monitoring

As much as I love BD, their United States Department of Transportation legal fogs kinda suck.

Have you seen them in real life? The glare really isn't that bad.

So, when you say too much glare, like they would pass inspections but I could get pulled over cause a cop doesn't like the glare? Or, too much glare that they wouldn't pass inspections? Just curious, cause I've seen the squadron sports on a few, and I did like the style.

Too bad the United States Department of Transportation does not determine the legality of fog lights...the Society of Automotive Engineers does...

I don't think there is but I wish there was. Typing it out is exhausting.
I haven't, but if you have to say "isn't that bad" it's probably pretty bad. At least in comparison to rigids, which I know kick ass.
Too much to where it's a nuisance to other drivers at night.
