The way I looked at it... if u going to put more then 2k worth of stuff in your bed daily then diamondback is the way to go for security. My camping gear and weapons are worth way more then my diamond back so having that security is worth it for me. Any tri fold I can break thru with a 6inch knife/blade and or hanger and pop it open. Your not breaking into a diamondback without blowing it up, the diamond back folds just like any other tri fold if not easier.

Correct, Tacoma Pro model isn’t included in the Costco Program and it’s what I’ve been told by multiple dealers in the Seattle area. I’ve tried without luck for any dealers to budge from MSRP.

Is anyone else waiting on a truck that is currently in freight? I was told my truck will hit the ground November 4th, then my dealer will fetch it. Just curious if anyone else truck is on the same ship?

Weird, I can't find a 2020 AT4. I can get a 2019 with the same options as the Tacoma + the 6.2L and I'm at $59k USD. I looked heavily at the AT4's and the Denalli's before buying my 2020 TRD Pro. Was cheaper then a full size with better options (IMO) of what I was looking at. Coming from driving nothing but full size trucks, I definitely have to get used to the smaller bed and smaller back seat. Everything else about the Tacoma I am loving so far.

I wouldn't think it would be on a ship unless you are in Hawaii or something.

I got it at MSRP ($48k) with the remote locking tailgate, paint protection (I didn’t order) and predator steps (I didn’t order).

Was a bit of an expression. I am in Oregon and figured they would come on a ship from san deigo to seattle/portland?

Anyone know how do our trucks get over the wall?

I thought they were built in Texas? A sticker on the 2020 TRD PRO I test drove said 55% was built in Texas, 15% elsewhere. I’m guessing the rest is made in Japan or possibly China.

Nice looking truck! Did you get AT or MT? Was it difficult to get them to include the extra options for free since you paid MSRP for Truck?

it’s an automatic. I’ve been driving a manual the past 2 years and I’m getting lazy. It wasn’t difficult to get them to throw those in because I didn’t order it that way. When I ordered it, I told them I wanted the key fob locking tailgate and LED bed lighting. Salesman put the order in and the new car manager removed the 2 options I wanted and put the preadolescent steps and S2 (or something like that) paint protection on there. definitely some miscommunication going on there.

So, they gave it to me as is and threw in the bed lock I originally wanted at MSRP. Basically didn’t charge me for any of the add-ons since they screwed up. Bed lock is getting installed this Friday. Then the lift, wheels, tires and roof rack next weekend.

Raptor 4" oval rails, OEM door sill protectors, totally debadged, OEM mud guards, OEM bed mat, OEM S/S tail pipe extension, BDT tailgate letters, Weather Tech sun screen.
$35,099 out the door for 2020 TRD OR SBDC. No packages...only distributor add was $329 for all weather mats. I added Raptor rails, OEM door sill protectors, OEM bed mat, OEM mud guards, OEM S/S tail pipe extension, and BDT tailgate letters. This added another $550 to the truck.

I'm in the same boat. Mine is supposed to arrive to a dealer in OR sometime either this week or early next. Then my dealer is having a driver bring it up.
