that's why i'm losing my mind here,

in the red circle, looks like some pile up on the side and some water similar to ice melt...
but i'm also not sure if that's salt or just the image is washed out from light o_O since nothing sticking to the treads, and not enough of it on the hill side to indicate that it is snow.
My parents were up at the cottage (bout an hour drive north of Bancroft) and mentioned nothing of it

If I posted this pic a month or so later it might be harder to tell. It's actually a rock quarry. With the quarry being at the top of the hill. All the stuff near the truck is really fine and even there it has the look of hardpacked snow.

I didn't pay for them. it was all under warranty! The second was 3 months after the first and the dealer didn't want to do anything.
I called TCI (being a Toyota employee, I have a direct hotline) and they told the dealer to fix it and like it...
They replaced everything other than the ADD actuator because they had just changed it. Then replaced the ADD and all good again.

We're always hiring. No one wants to work on line like that anymore! Plus there's still a 10 year grow in period to full wage (just like the little Detroit 3).

If its any help, I got 180k Km on my original wheel bearings. Those things spent most of their life on 33's (at least 100k) and heavy and overweight. So, comparably speaking something is off on your end. I would be looking at your spindles. Thats really the only thing that could throw off the geometry enough to prematurely wear a bearing.

This. Either bad geometry or bad sealing surface compared to the OE spindle.

wonder if the surface could be turned down on a lathe or tested to ensure it is flat or what not. Either way something is up.

If I recall correctly, your truck has as much negative camber as I have seen on a tacoma ,from the schematic of that bearing type shows me its a flat bearing that sometimes doesn't react well to continuous angular loads.
    Just a thought

Woot, my B8 8112's and heavier Bilistein springs are in! :bananadance:

Rear 8100's and Rxt springs and shims may be another week.... :bananadead:

Whole bunch of misc Amazon stuff is due in the next few days... speaker adapters, Blue sea fuse box, small 12" lightbar...

Been looking all around at switch controllers...

I think I'm going to go against the TacomaWorld flow and not use a SwitchPro 9100,

I'm taking a page from the (dare I say) Jeep Guys and leaning towards a Spod Bantam.

    https://www.4x4spod.com/bantam_w_hd_smart_panel

You can get a touchscreen for it at the same price but some people have had issues with those.
So I'll go with the smart panel version that looks just like the Switchpro anyways. Lol
I like that with this one you can also use 8 inputs from other things,

My plan is to use it to control a Toyota factory e-locker, with a factory locker button mounted in the same factory position but in my Sport.
If it does not put out the signals I want for the e-locker then I will be using it to power an Arduino with a little PWM controller. :)
Last piece of the puzzle is to see if I can get the factory dash light to work when the locker is engaged.
And of course lights and all the other toys.. Lol

    I am creating a FrankenBro!

    Or a Sport Bro...

But dammm, why can't I ever like the cheap shit...

Lol and here I originally bought this truck to daily drive, and not screw around with it, as I have too many other projects!

But Nooooo I had to be victimized by Google, and led down the path to the wallet and time pump called TacomaWorld!
