    Venison is tastier than beef, and I suggest you let that one marinate!


    Seriously, let it marinate for a few hours, then stick it on the grill 375* for 4 minutes a side to get the good grill marks!







    it is hella dry sometimes though since its so lean. :tumbleweed:
