Vibration at highway speeds

Good evening everyone.
I wanted to hear others experience with vibration at highway speeds. I have a 2018 Off road double cab with about 8500 miles. When driving on the highway, around 55-75 mph, I get a lot of vibration in the steering wheel and passenger seat. Is this pretty normal with the 3rd gen tacomas? I am running general grabber AT2's LT265/70R17 E rated so I am sure a bit of the vibration is because of the tires but it seems a bit excessive at times.

 

Occurred right after changing tires?
Did the tire balancer use a cone or fitted collet?
Road force balanced?
What pressure?
Checked torque on the lug nuts?
Stock wheels?

 

I have a 2019 trd sport with stock tires but with a 2 inch leveling kit and has a lot of vibration at above 70mph wondering if it’s normal as well

 

Stock setup = zero vibrations.

Grabbers can vibrate, its the nature of the heavier tire. I would cross rotate them, then have them balanced after 2000 miles.

 

Yes it started right after changing the tires, I have the Generals mounted on a set of the 17" TRD pro 4 runner wheels, often referred to as SEMA wheels. I checked torque after the tires were mounted but they have been rotated since then by my local toyota dealership at the 5k mile service. I was running a bit low on pressure, about 27 in the mornings but just increased them to about 34 (warm) this afternoon and will see if that helps tomorrow. I cant speak on how they were balanced because I honestly dont know but my cousin, service manager at my local chevy dealership, was the one that did the balance so I know it was done right.

 

I am taking it in for the 10k/1 year service this weekend. I might ask them to cross rotate instead of the recommended front to back and see what they say.

 

I have a set of Grabbers on the 2019 4Runner and they are impossible to balance.

I wish I never bought them.
