    Lol I'd be regretting it moreso with my stomach than worrying about her. My buddy was doing it; 3rd day he was starving and ate 2 clif bars, next thing you know he was yackin his guts up cause it was too harsh :eek:

    Ease into it. day 1- Raw veggies/fruit, no meat :pout:
    day 2 - Juices/broth/soup
    day 3 - Orange Juice diluted with water to taste and maple syrup
    day 4 - 18 lemonade diet (lemons, water, maple syrup, cayenne pepper)
    day 19 - 21 ease out in reverse

    Supposedly it's really good for you and does wonders :rolleyes: We'll see
