    Neither did Harper to be fair. Proportional representation reform has been on the docket of all the major parties at one point or another, usually when they are not in power lol.

    It drives their agenda. With BC on their stickers it looks like a viable idea. Same with Manitoba. Neither province would even come close to the 20-30% of Alberta that wants out.

    same reason people refer to Alberta and Sask as "Western Canada" like BC doesn't exist west of both of them
