Color regrets...

I have absolutely no regrets on choosing Quicksand but am looking forward to taking delivery of a new Army Green TRD Pro or a new Cement TRD Off-Road(2nd choice for the 2020). I must admit the looks and the compliments on the Quicksand are endless. The 3rd gen Tacoma is a good looking truck regardless of the color. I believe the design brings out the beauty in all of the colors the truck is available in...

Thank you for the compliment, also thanks for yours also. My uncle was a Sea Bee for 20+ years. He passed away in 2009 and gave me a ton of crap for joining the Marines lol

 

I worked with a lot of jarheads during my time in the Bees. Did combat training at Parris Island and was an electrician that worked at MOMAG in Sicily guarded by some of the craziest marines you'd ever want to meet. All good people...

 

@El Duderino I'm gonna be at KBAY next week for work and am bringing my wife along for the trip. We both are in serious withdrawals for real Japanese food. Any recommendations in the Waikiki area?

 

I’ll be honest I never go to Waikiki so I’m not as familiar. But my favorite japanese place in town is jimbos on south king st. They have curry and udon and that’s like my favorite foods.

 

Sounds great I'm a huge curry fan. My wife is a gyoza nut, do you know if Jimbos is good for that?

 

Once I saw the quicksand in person, I was sold. So glad that I chose that color over the cement and blue (not Calvary one).. My daughter wanted me to do the white.

I was seriously thinking of getting the Inferno, but thankfully didn't. I think that would have been a regret!

 

Wished they had Voodoo Blue when I got my MGM.

I might be OCD but every speck of dirt sticks out like a sore thumb, wish they still offered BBP

 

So many cool looking Tacos here. Sometimes I see another color Tacoma and think maybe … But I love the blue.

MGM/Cement/Pyrite Mica are my favorite colors, couldn't afford a 3rd gen so I got a 2nd, Pyrite Mica's are super rare and couldn't even find one to have everything i was looking for, so ended up with an MGM. Love the MGM more and more, when it's clean and sparkly, she's a winner.

 

I love my MGM, I originally wanted white but wifey talked me out of it. She likes the way this one “sparkles “.
