    Thanks. It's 32x38 insulated/conditioned with a half bath.

I swept the shop out this evening and took the first load of stuff over. That little shelf under the bench in the last few pictures is already full of truck parts that I've been hording and there are more to move.

What a great work space. Keep these pics of it mostly empty. Cuz it's never gonna look like that again.

And congratulations on your new home.

Awesome fucking space! Congrats! If you want to seal the floor do it now while it's empty or you'll regret it when it's full!

Ive seen a lot more garages using the sanded plywood/osb route. Even seen some use the Melamine stuff as that stuff is pretty easy to wipe off/clean and comes in white already.

id just check local codes if the garage is attached to a living area as those can be odd at times

Thanks, I'm dealing with a 30X40 detached so that shouldn't be an issue. I'm seriously considering T/G subfloor at this point.

Thanks all. I'm definitely excited. I took another load over after work, and I've got that corner bench almost completely covered in parts for the car and truck that I haven't got around to installing.

@cynicalrider Any recommendations on a concrete sealer? A quick look on Amazon says I'm probably looking at around $300 minimum, and that's more than I want to spend right now after paying closing costs.

I just used product (stain/sealer) from Legacy Industrial and it was killer, check them out. You can just use the sealer and it will cut the cost a lot.
