    We are working on it but can't guarantee it. The lights alone are about $1300, plus the custom bezels, plus a wiring harness with 13 plugs that we would need to hand assemble.

    Since I don't want to spend a lot of time brushing snow out from between the cross bars, how good/bad of an idea is it to mount a piece of plywood to the rack...

    I had something like that, with a foam piece in the middle. I broke that...
    If I want to be super lazy, sweeping the snow off a board seems easier. but the question is, would you recommend it, lol.
