Need rims to go with those tires? Buy mine and I could be enticed to drive the truck down instead of the car the next time we are down

Figured as much. Hard to beat the mpg and comfort of the dd so the truck doesn’t really get driven unless we’re wheeling. Otherwise I’d offer to bring em down in a few weeks if you still needed so

Hell yes. I love project cars and I can't wait to start my next one.
I am driving from Flag to downtown Phoenix this Thursday, at 1:30 pm.

I am traveling to take a difficult exam that furthers my engineering career. As a result I am stressed out and don't have the ability to deliver them directly to your door, but would be happy to shuttle them down the 17 if you can have the seller drop them off at my house (in the country club here in Flag) by one o'clock tomorrow and you can pick them up from my truck bed at the Hyatt Regency next to the Phoenix Convention Center by 7 pm Thursday night.

Let me know if that works for you.

Almost finished with this bullshit job.. Then onto the next bullshit job. Naval Valves cast from Monel. Nasty ass material. 4", 6", and 8". Plus some other assembly parts cast from Brass.

This might be a bit of a shot in the dark, but have any of you had LASIK done in the Phoenix area? I'd like to finally be rid of contacts and glasses and that's where some of this deployment money is going when I get back. Just trying to see how much I should set aside, as I'm looking at paying for Invisalign as well (2020 is going to be a literal new year, new me).

Are you active duty? I know the AF has programs for eye surgery. I have horrible vision, but will be getting eye surgery in December. They don’t do it locally in Phoenix, and only at dedicated bases, but it’s something that’d be worth looking into if it applies.

Not sure how it works if you’re guard or reserve, but you may be able to apply while on active orders. Id give the optometry clinic at Luke a call if you have the opportunity. They‘ve been very helpful in the process (doesn’t take long). It’d save you thousands easily. Dental clinic there also offers a program similar to Invisalign.

In short, no, I'm not eligible for that. I'd love to but because I didn't sell my soul to live in some shithole Army base I don't get those benefits (although I contend I'm still coming out ahead).

I have been wanting to get it done, but haven’t pulled the trigger.

Dated a girl that worked at Barnet Delaney and I found out they fix everyone else’s lasik fuck ups.

So that is where I plan on getting it done.

Barnet Delaney Perkins. Not exactly cheap but they back their work. Bf had LASIK a year and a half ago and said it was the best investment ever. Was approximately 3400. I went last week for a consultation. They quoted my PRK at 4400. Likely gonna wait til spring.
