Not sure I have that in my collection. Is that the same manual with all the electrical schematics/breakdowns of systems and headers?

 

Umm. I believe so. I’m not sure which one you are really speaking of tbh.

 

Nevermind. The manual I referenced is a bunch of PDFs I have, one for each system. Are you able to maybe upload/link it?

 

@elaudtr were you able to fix the loss power to the windows. If not I was able to find a 30amp fuse ( with the help of Katie she is great). There are 2 pink 30amp fuses on the side of the ECU You really have to look for them. Close to the fuse box under the dash driver side. Really difficult to remove. I had one that was blown. Hope this helps

UPDATE:

I literally just flew in just now. My goal is to get caught up this week. I have some great news. The install video is complete. The last edits were being done this weekend and should be sent to me tomorrow/today . I have the DIY Install Guide pretty much done. Just want to go over it one more time. I have the Owner’s Manual Guide Complete. I have 50 DIY Kits Complete and ready to Ship. The sample SR5 Power Fold Mirror Harness has been Shipped to me so I believe they are and will be good to go as well. I believe this will be the week that these kits will finally be released. I am so excited. It’s, one, nice to be back home, and two, it will be nice to get these going. I will update everyone most likely in the middle of the week when I’m not swimming around so much from being swamped from being gone for a little over a week.

 

It is way to big but if you let me know if there is something you need I may be able to help you.

Well here goes everyone...here are a couple videos for you. The first video is an unboxing video showing what the PNP Harness Kit looks like that you will receive. Inside you will find the following:

• Control Module with the 3M Mounting Foam underneath that you will use to secure it to your door wherever you find it best for your own person install.
  
• On the Left, under hidden section #1, you will find the MESO Custom Switch Bezel.
  
• On the Right, under hidden section #2, you will find the New Mirror Control Switch
• Dead Center, you can remove the Business Card and keep for if you need help with your install or for future reference. I would prefer obviously PM or Email first, but my phone number is on there as well because sometimes that is the only way and that is fine. I am busy.
  
• Under the hidden section #3, you will find the PNP Harness for the Power Folding Mirror, as well as the PNP Extension Harness.

The Sample SR5 PNP Harness is scheduled to be here on Tuesday. Now that I have shipped the 70 IN-CAB AC POWER OUTLET KITS, I have gotten the 70 3rd GEN TUNDRA TAILGATE LOCK KITS ready for their Harness to arrive on Tuesday as well for their Official Release, I have sent out all of the 8 OEM TRD RED START/STOP PUSH BUTTONS, this is next on my to do list. So....My plan is to work on these tomorrow and get the DIY Kits ready for release on Monday!!!

I will not be waiting for the SR5 Trucks. For the individuals that have purchased the Kits, the only thing I need to know is if you have a SR5. If you do not have a SR5, then you do not need to worry as you are completely fine and will not need the special PNP Harness. Your truck will have everything you need inside your door!! SR5 Truck Owners, the difference with yours will be that you will have a fuse that will need to be ran from the door side to the cab side so that you can use the open fuse slot in our fuse panel under the dash as you do not have constant power inside your drivers door However, your Kit is still 100% Plug-N-Play. My vendor only sent one because I want to have it tested first before I purchase 200 of them.

Well I have been overly swamped at work the last couple of days and haven’t been able to do much. I have got out the Tailgate Lock orders, but that has pretty much been it. I plan on working on getting out the Install Guides as soon as possible. Kits should be arriving at people’s doors here soon.

I received the the NEW SR5 PNP HARNESS



This will hopefully be the PNP HARNESS that works for the SR5. I will hopefully be sending it out tomorrow to have it tested and then will get feedback ASAP. Once I get the GREEN LIGHT that we are good to go, I will place a order for 100-200 of these Harnesses to have in stock like I have of the other. I already have it bubble wrapped. Just need to box her up and she’s ready to go!!!

 

Received mine today! Install should start next week as this weekend is booked with a Soldiers Child event.

 

How do you go about removing the spring in the hinge, so that I can detach the mirror assembly?

 

Didnt you already install the plug and play power folding mirrors?

 

I did, but I wanted upgrade the mirror glass to Suma's blue wide angle mirror glass.
The mirror actuator in the plug and play power mirrors are different from the OEMs actuator, so the mirror's glass backing will not mate.

Going to use my OEM mirror body, the DIY kits (B) Connection plate, and the Power Mirror's hinge to make a new mirror assembly.

 

The method I prefer is Fig 24. However, here are two different ways.
