Finally a flat surface and reinforcement

 

What exactly does the seat mod do? I have came across it a couple times. Seats feel pretty good to me..

 

This picture I love. Great looking rig.

 

Levels out the seat but raising it in the rear. Helps with longer trips so ur not sunk in the seat. Helps with my lower back for sure

 

Front skid from RCI is on. Huge upgrade and quality welds. Went with aluminum for weight saving. I don’t rock crawl and all that so no need for steel. Super nice, will eventually run full skids

So I may have gotten sucked into a group buy... deciding between ADS and Kings, extended travel on both. Opinions?

 

Both have a similar build quality which is excellent. ADS is a smaller company the trucks I’ve rode in with them rode phenomenal but customer service from what I’ve heard is on par with king.
I have Kings and really enjoy them you can’t go wrong either way. I chose king first I landed a fair deal on them and 2nd most shops are already familiar with them come rebuild time.

 

I have neither but fro what I have gathered both are of great quality, comprible pricing, and rebuildable

 

Yeah it’s a tough decision. Both are relatively the same price with near identical features. Most of the people in the group buy are going with ads actually

 

One thing to note that type of suspension does require some maintenance. Nothing wrong with your current setup. I had ome previously only thing I didn’t like was the lack of rear downtravel with the shocks.
The ride difference is better with the high end shocks and a little bit more travel.

 

Definitely. I love my ome set up but I’m not getting the travel I want now. Wish I would have waited to purchase these but oh well

 

I can totally relate with ya.
If your really looking to get some rear travel I’d just get the front and for the rear get a shock relocate kit, hd shackle hanger, and a smoothie shock depending on the vendor you go with 12 or 14in.
I have this setup from bamf top notch products and the ride compared to oem geometry is night/day. And for the total cost it was cheaper than 2.5 resi rear shocks but labor install may get ya unless diy.

Another option I would of done if I didn’t do the relocate is definitely the HD hanger and a set of Bilstein b-110s they are a 27in shock and allow a bunch of flex using stock mounting.

 

I was looking at the archive garage hangers, I’m assuming the BAMF are similar. Hard they make a world of a difference

 

Yes very similar and cheaper. It really made the rear sure footed and more controllable.
My oem ones were bent from rocks and my truck was crabbing. I’ve bashed these and barely took any paint off and allows full range of motion for the shackle.

 

Might be in the near future. I’ll see how much I can get for my ome front and rears, only 3k miles on them so far

 

Glws I kept my 886s for rebuild time when it comes.

 

Bed decals are finally on. Think I put the other side too close to the tail light... oh well. Trying to decide between 600 and 650 lb springs for the ADS fronts
