why are my front mudflaps so close to the ground?

put more air in front tires

 

Trim off about 3 inchs with a dremmel cutting wheel,easy peasy.

I cut off the bottom and used it as a template to mark out the rounded curves on the edges with a pen. Made it easier to make the curves appear even.

Or let some air out of the back.
