Question - will a gen 2 suspension work on a gen 1 (2001)? Had a guy reach out about buying my stock.

 

Yeah, my neighbor ran across their lost dog facebook post and it had their number. I text them this morning. The dog had a collar, but no tag or anything with contact info. Makes things really aggravating when you're trying to do the right thing.

You're a good person for doing that. I hope that someone would do the same if one of our dogs got loose!

 

I'm thinking of getting our dogs chipped, in case they ever did get out without us knowing. Anybody know anything about those chips they implant under the skin?

 

they will just about only get scanned if they are taken to the pound.

 

I think any vet can scan them and even Petco from what I understand.

 

So not worth it then? We take care of our dogs like we do our kids! Both our dogs are pretty well-trained and don't run off when off the leash, but anything can happen when a squirrel or deer runs out!

 

that’s good. When we talked about it 5-6 years ago I don’t think the technology was as widely spread.

 

If other places can scan them, maybe it is. One of my two dogs is chipped.

Our dogs are our kids and we treat them as such.

 

I was actually looking and you can get a scanner from Amazon for about fifty bucks. Almost be worth having around in a neighborhood like I'm in.

That's what I was wondering. That's on 431 in Attalla and we drive that way quite a bit when going up to Boaz.

Well, according to the news article no one was killed and 2 were transported for injuries. Yeah that 4R was disintegrated!

Yeah, the easy thing is most times never the right thing even if it causes you to lose sleep. Figure if I just do what’s right, things work out in the end.
