GA Tacoma Owners BS Thread

On my commute this morning I got stuck behind a tractor for what must have been at least a full two minutes. I feel his pain...

 

Went from 65 miles/3ish hours a day to 15 miles 25 minutes round trip commute...although i think i'll end up back in the city, it can for sure wait

 

I get caught behind tractors, combines and school buses. But nowhere near any traffic like ATL! lol The worse was when I lived in California and there were 16 lanes of traffic at a stand still. No wonder road rage is a common term!

 

I commute 31 miles in 35 minutes. Unless of course there is a tractor...

 

I commute 38 miles in about 35 minutes. When I lived in B'ham, it took me an hour to drive 17 miles down 280...

 

I drive 32 miles each direction and it usually takes me about an hour.

 

And strangely enough you can meet some amazing people in there Tacoma’s
...and then they cut you off lol

 

I would be concerned if for some reason the way home was farther than the way to work...

 

LOL. I could have just said I drive 64 miles a day round trip. 6 of one, half dozen of the other.

 

I'm taking my kiddos up to Cloudland Canyon this weekend, but it looks like rain the whole time. They're 2 and 5, so hiking in the rain isn't an option. We'll probably try anyways though.

I figure I'm pretty close to Chattanooga if it doesn't work out - anyone have recommendations for places to see, stuff to do there?

 

Cloudland is beautiful! Careful going down all 786 steps to the bottom of the canyon!

 

I use to have to drive to sandy springs everyday and that was 18 miles and took 1h 15 mins one way. Now I drive 16 miles and it takes on avg 30 mins if no wrecks on 78...much happier now

 

I think we're going to stick to the West Rim Loop Trail. The hike down would be too much for my wife, let alone the kiddos.

I've eaten rocky mountain oysters, gone snipe hunting, wear Liberty overalls when I'm working on my truck, and skinned out enough deer to fill a dump truck!
