You'd be wiser to spend the insurance money on acid and burn off your fingerprints and go on the run.

Yes some insurance dont cover that but how do you know this woman dont have her own insurance. You can use your insurance in place if you drive other people car. The owner can take the claim if they are under the same household and take a hit. But at the end of the day they have some kind of insurnace.

If I loan someone my car, my insurance covers them (I know this for a fact as they have covered someone who borrowed my car). They were not on any paperwork at all for the insurance. This statement does not in any way prove anything about the coverage of the other car/driver. Also, when I added my daughter to my insurance, the paperwork in the vehicle did not have her name on it, but the computer did. It wasn't until the next time I received insurance papers that her name was added. So again, not being on the paperwork doesn't indicate that they are not covered.

In most states, the DMV requires your tags to be turned in within 10 days of your insurance lapsing. Did you have tags on your truck?

Can't do that anymore since you put that idea up on a public forum. If they find him with burned off finger prints, YOU'RE AN ACCOMPLICE!

It is possible it is dependent on the insurance company/policy. My wife works for insurance and set ours up so I'm sure she did it in a way to best protect us.
