    Yeah doesn't surprise me. It's not like inspectors get.paid a lot. I had a.decent gig.at the dealer though. I got $10/hr plus commission on inspections. $2.per.safety.inspection and $5 per emission/safety inspection. My prior inspector job only paid $9/hr
