    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

Awesome info... I'd sure like to pick your (and others) brains on this. I've been thinking about starting a new thread on it. Maybe like a supplemental build thread, like I did on my 4x swap. I have a lot of questions, and there are some big differences between the two directions (LT and MT). And I am fully aware of the cost involved, so I'd like to have my mind really made up before I start going in either direction. (What would you say... would a thread be better posted in the 1st Gen section or the Long Travel section? I try not to be the guy that starts a bunch of bullshit useless threads on here)

(I'm really curious about your situation with the stock length LCAs now, but understand how you wouldn't want to put things out in the atmosphere until you know what actually happened and why)

    ALL OF THEM!...Then some more.
I mean this topic has been covered a lot I think. But if you look around you either get people who scoff at LT, or only have LT, or people that started at MT and then went LT who just say LT haha

    Its a bit annoying.

But if you have a build I think that would be fine. If you start a thread about it either place would work, the LT crowd will rain down on it in the LT section but not all of them are....helpful..

The cost up front is a large difference, but thigns you don't take into account is abuse. LT REALLLY lets you beat on the truck...which leads to lots of other shit breaking...and needing beefed up..or replaced...ect. That's the part I find a lot of people don't see on the surface. There are other cost some people over look as simple as you'll want fiberglass fender...and that they don't hard work to help cover your tires anyways and mud/dirt will be everywhere everytime on your rig.

    Shit like that.

As for the solo LCA's, Im ordering some new part to see if it was a different fault but contacting Solo at the same time to see if they have anything they might know. It was a weird thing that happened and might not be their fault.

Yeah the packaging is really neat. You don’t see stuff like that anymore. I got it through NAPA. It’s sold as Altrom.

LG Stylo 5...if I remember right. So far I really like it, slightly bigger than my last LG phone which is good and bad...harder to hold in one hand and type/scroll with lol. But bigger screen to read things on is better. And best of all the battery lasts way longer since it's new. Never drops below 70 percent throughout the day. After a few years my old phone needed to be charged at least a couple times a day

5w-40 blue bottle synthetic Rotella? That was a common one I'd analyze samples of at the lab. Good good oil. Diesel engines are pretty hard on their oil. Especially the Power strokes, but most oil is good nowadays

You went for 555 Inner and OEM outer? That’s weird I assume you should do the opposite since the inner seems more vital.

That be the stuff, rotella T6.

Might as well start buying it by the barrel since it's good to run in just about everything else I own but the Toyotas get Supertech Synthetic since it's like $15-18

On any TREs I wouldn't have a problem going 555/Sankei at all.
Or wait do we know if those inner TREs are crucial like the LBJ? I haven't read that yet but I dunno

No, I made a point earlier how you don’t hear about catastrophic TRE failure like you do with LBJ’s. They fail, but not as much as the LBJ. The ITR I would definitely go OEM.
