I believe that things happen for us and not too us. The things that we experience that might seem “negative” might not be negative at all. They are situations we experience showing us something inside that needs attention. We are never victims. We are Divine beings with much power. None of the people in our lives or the experiences we face cause us sadness, confusion or anger (suffering). What causes suffering is how we choose to interpret those situations and people. Like we talked before, when a small child is frustrated, angry and throwing a temper tantrum, this does not cause us to suffer. In fact, we might feel compassion for the child and love on them as they have lost their temper and ability to navigate the situation they face. It can work the same way with adults. When adults come to us with their frustration and anger pointed as us, we have a choice as to either take that behavior personally and become frustrated and angry to match the energy of the other person (this is a typical human response). Or, we can choose to think like we would a small child, not take it personal and feel compassion as they have lost their temper and ability to navigate their situation. It is never the people or situations (problems) in our life that cause us to suffer, it is how we perceive and react to those problems that cause us to suffer. This is easier said than done and I work on this every day. I have read that the hardest thing to do in this life is to send Love in response to hate.

We need to ride the ponies more often. I down geared for the side-car, so can't do the full 30 mph. But, can haul a couple of 40's and a small sleeping bag.GetYourMotorRunning.jpg

It’s so much fun. Like the saying goes...something something way more fun wide open Throttle than having a million horsepower and something something.

lol is that one of those rolling mechanic seats?

Like I like to say, it ain't the horsepower you're pack'n its how you use it.

Yep, mechanic's seat (a steal on Amazon). I've become quite the fabricator, as shown.

    Hey OP,

FYI I stopped reading after 8 pages but,
thanks for posting the side shots. I didn’t realize how short they were either until doing a lot of research on my own. IMO, you can’t tell from their angled side shots either. I didn’t think of this as an issue when I bought mine. A true side profile shot on their site would have been nice.

I ended up selling mine before I installed them. I regret not having them. It would have been 100% better than nothing while I wait for Black Friday deals on longer sliders.

Not trying to RCI bash, i have their skids and they are great.

    Thanks for the post!

OP: as a silver lining, is your shin doing better now that you have the sliders to step on?!? I feel like it's too late to ask this now that the thread is nearing 1,000 posts, but it's been in the back of my head all this time.
