Somehow my weatherstripping on the body of the front passenger door surround started to droop so I pushed it back up into place. I then noticed this weird slight bulge. It goes up but not out. Has anyone experienced this before?

Looks like an very small imperfection, and nothing I'd be the least bit bothered by.
If you don't want the four hour wait at the dealer for what would likely be the same fix, a little contact cement should take care the slippage, should it persist.

I havent had an issue with the inside weather stripping, my issue is with the weather stripping for the window. It's not glued in place but rather formed. so when the window is down, the weather stripping will rattle.

I just bought a 19 and same exact issue. It pissed me off enough to spend 120 bucks on weathertech window vent visors. I just installed them and haven't driven it yet but I hope it stops that annoying rattle.

Personally I'd be reaching out to Toyota and starting a diminished value claim under the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act.

And I was going to complain on how much I hate the valve stem covers. What was I thinking...?
