I eat 2500-2800 calories a day. I try for the 2800 because I’m still consistently adding to my workouts.
Shit that is fucking hard to reach some days and its not that much.

Plus what I don’t like about bodybuilding is you bros gain and lose, gain and lose, gain and lose. I saw a video by Layne Norton recently... fuck that dude looks so fat right now.
I couldn’t handle the eat eat eat to pack it on then cut cut cut to get it off. That shit sounds exhausting. LOL

I’m leaning down and staying lean. If that means I gain mass at a snails pace, thats fine fo me.

Its work to eat and train like that.

Couple tips and tricks to stay full. Drink plenty of water, eat plenty of protein, eat a lot of fiber, and eat not so calorie dense snacks. Eating sugar like the kind in a candy bar will spike your insulin, eating fiber along with this sugar will slow the sugar absorption so you're not hit with this large spike and then crash leaving yourself even more hungry then when you started. Which is why both fruit and a candy bars have sugar, but affect your body differently when broken down. So if you are going to eat a quick candy bar or some other desert/ pastry try and accompany it with something high in protein and or fiber. Some good snacks that are quick grab and go and not calories dense are un-buttered popcorn, oats, Greek yogurt (watch the fat content or it can get calorie dense real fast). And plenty of vegetables and leafy greens ex: carrots, celery, spinach leaves.

Trust me, when I get to my level of muscle size - I won't be doing the gain/cut to this level. However, I can't stand being fat 365. Cutting for 12 weeks a year is extremely beneficial for me too, because I can see where I progressed and what I need to work on next. If i was fat year round I couldn't tell. Also being enhanced you really need all the nutrients you can get - if you don't take full effect of the gear you are wasting some of it.

Once I achieve my mass (never) I will then maintain it and be able to lower my dosages too. I just know that's a few years away still - but when I get there it's very easy to maintain it.

Also - it's been about 2 months. Weight is steadily rising...

    220 this morning.

    Carbs - 500g
    Fats - 125g
    Protein - 270g

    ~4200 Calories

Next adjustment in 2-3 weeks I will add another 15g fat. See how I feel with that.

Started about 3500 calories and now we are about 4200 within 60 days. 198 to 220. Another 30 to go

In about 2-3 weeks my cycle will change too - I should gain 10 off that easily within first 5 weeks.

Pick a diet that is tailored for you so that you can sustain it for longer than 8 weeks. You don't have to eat chicken and rice and 12 egg whites a day to look good.

Down to 228 this morning. Gunna aim for 215-220 and get the lower abs/back trimmed down and maintain the strength I’ve built over the few months powerlifting.

I'm with you brother but every once in a while I like to hit a few fat rails off a strippers ass or visit a local edm venue and eat a little Molly and roll balls. Do what you like and apologize for nothing. The world is your oyster baby get out there and get to living.

I am going in for a blood test next Thursday so I can update then.

Mine have been pretty fucked up.
Last year my TPO was 10,000 (normal is <1)
My TSH was like 13 (normal <4.0)
    My T4 was almost zero

Normally my TSH is like 1 and my T4 is like 20. So high but not like insane.

My thyroid goes from hoppin to nonfunction sometimes.

The TPO is the important number. That tells you how pissed off your immune system is.

Those were my worst labs. And I was in misery.

How are you feeling with those numbers?
I know you said you are pretty fatigued all the time

In the Left picture...you pectoral muscles are not defined in a certain area so there isn’t a clean line. However, in the picture on the Right, you developed that pec area that was lacking and achieved a clean line. What exercises were done to achieve that? All Over Head Press & Declined Bench Press?

Sorry if my questions seem redundant....I’m just trying to make sure I’m doing it right & need to fix a weak spot in my pec line.

@Supra TT I spun off your pumpkin oats. Pumpkin, Greek yogurt, chocolate chips, pretzels, cinnamon. So damn good.

Well, not working out today. It’s fucking 91 out. Which means the garage is 100+ and I’d rather not heat stroke mid lift

Because I'm smart enough to not give myself heat stroke and risk my health and well being? Ok.
