No thanks, one of my friends has an ES 330. The seats are meh. Toyota seats from the trucks are kind of thin, even the nice ones. It's fine to have a thin seat if the padding is in the right spots but the way they do it just ends up having sagging middles.

 

Damn i gotta get rid of these leather power everything es300 seats some how

I would say that entirely depends on the expectations both parties had going into it lol. Speaking from experience that never ended well for me...but made for some ...rather fond memories.
