I wouldn't know.... I rarely go out after dark anymore, live in a highly Jewish populated area Beverly hills adjacent.

ok doubt they be anywhere near there. They are obvious .. doesn't have to be dark out where I have lived. I also lived in the high crime less expensive areas so there that.

I drive through that kind of area once a week, but dont see anything like you are describing.

 

when I was in Berkeley/Oakland border I lived on a track. Studio 2ncd floor no AC. Summer I would leave my windows open and here "click clack" all night from the heels on the corner below.
