It is. I roasted the cauliflower with garlic at 425 and mixed it in the food processor with sour cream and butter w salt and pepper. The flavor was great, texture was nasty.

Duct tape a small ice block to your chode, that will keep you cool while under pressure.

I always get a workout in. You can do a lot in a livingroom.

But I agree with the heat. Its too much.

I have no AC so my house is also hot as fuck right now haha. I could do something, sure. But I’ll own up to it, I’m sore from Tuesday’s workout and the heat is making me extra lazy, so no workout today. Hopefully tomorrow it’s not hot and I’ll be motivated to get back at it.

I’ve never done a decline bench. I think the angle scares me lol

Lots of OHP. One day as an accessory after flat bench press and one day as the main lift along with Arnold Press. The other pec work I do would be cable and pec dec flys, both also on bench day. Not a lot of weight, just a lot of reps and really squeeze your pecs together on each rep, like you’re trying to hold a pencil between them. I also do some incline dumbbell press as an accessory on bench day.

I actually put together a little bit of the program I have been following since July. I put the first 4 weeks up on my website last week if you want to take a look. Might be easier to see than me try to explain :cookiemonster:

fatigued 24/7. It’s miserable. Caffeine makes it do-able, but I still sleep 8+ hours a night and wake up and yawn all day and nod off.

other than that, typical dry skin, low libido, achy joints type shit.

I feel like if I can get them to put me on something and I’m not fatigued 24/7 that my body will actually rest and I’ll be able to build some muscle finally. Or nothing will change, and I’ll at least not be tired 24/7.

It made a big difference for me when I dropped processed foods and stuck to all whole foods.
There are a lot of foods that trigger an immune response in people with autoimmune diseases. Gluten and dairy are two common triggers for people with Hashis.

Also practice good sleep hygiene. Quit caffeine if you can. Caffeine causes your adrenals to release cortisol so it may help a bit to stay alert but on the back end causes adrenal fatigue on top of the hypothyroid.

Dr. Isabella Wentz has a great site with information on Hashis. Her book Root Cause I feel like is a must read.

If your doc has not tested you for a plethora of nutrient deficiencies you may ask for that. Its not uncommon for us to be very low in certain ones, especially B vitamins.
If you don’t take a B complex vitamin try it.
Selenium, Vit D may be worth a try too.

If you are chronically low, Synthroid may be an option. But it can take a long time to settle into a dose so I’d still work to find diet/behavior changes that may help you.

I’m excited for next weeks labs. I wanna see how IF has helped me if at all yet in terms of TPO.

    I feel your pain :(
