    Not getting much out of my 3 days/wk program so moving to 4. Need more volume at the right intensity. Hope I can keep up time-wise.

    Also need to up food consistently just a bit. I'm totally stalled there too.

    Definition there, and in general, comes from both having the musculature and low enough bf to show, I believe.

    Hahahah same. About to get back on the IF diet so enjoying one last hoorah. I don’t have the self control to do the normal diet. I liked the IF but didn’t like working out in the morning while fasted so I’m gonna change my routine around but get back on IF atleast until I hit 170. It’ll also help with thanksgiving and Christmas cause it will stop me from eating all day every day during the feast.

    Do you guys incorporate eccentrics into your routine? If so how do you do that.

    I’m obviously trying to get my running training more ultra focused which is primarily trail running. You need to be able to descend properly when trail running or you risk snapping your quad tendons (I have known several guys who have done this).
    Eccentrics is the best way to help with this but I’m not used incorporating it into my regular leg work.

    @Supra TT I think you mentioned doing some eccentrics before

    I did the traditional diet and lost a ton. Got healthy.
    Maintained and just enjoyed it for a bit
    Started diet again and just couldn’t get the results I wanted
    gave IF a shot and it worked but I was/am killing myself with the hours I’m putting in at work and working out fasted just sucked
    so I took a few days off to get back to normal
    IF did work but I was just tired while working out so I’m gonna do it again but change the timing up

    I’m a PM lifter. Morning person, but I feel stronger in the afternoon.

    meet is in the morning though so I’m going to do my best to get these last 6 sessions done in the morning to acclimate.
