All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!

Damn how did I miss those F5s last weekend! I want another bronze set for my new rig.

Side note: does anyone have the OME kit on their truck? What about the Dobinsons?

I want to get something soon on my new one, but am divided.

On my 4r, I had Bilstien 6112/5160s and dobinson HD springs. However, I am considering/already have the following:

    Topper - done
    Dual battery
    Front skid - done
    Front bumper
    Rear bumper with swing
    Sliders - done
    Cooler/slide - done

I really don’t think I want to go more than 2.5” and don’t think I want to spend more than 15-1600, but I know I will need some pretty heavy springs with all of that and don’t want to have to redo it as I add stuff.

A buddy of mine rolls those. He likes them. Not as loud as I thought they would be...but then again we shall see how loud they are in a while.
Get em and let us all know bro!
    They are cheap!

I would highly recommend getting one that goes to 250 ft-lbs. I picked up the Husky at Home Depot for around $80. A bit pricier than I wanted to spend, but has a lifetime warranty. If you haven't replaced a CV axle yet, it's too easy to pay someone else to do and the axle nut gets torqued down to something around 176 fl-lbs.

I may pick up a 3rd from there at some point. I gifted my first one to a friend for helping me install some stuff on my truck. I sold my second to my intern after picking up the Husky. Didn't figure I'd need the HF one now that I have the Husky. My only complaint about the husky is that it doesn't go as low as my HF one...I can't remember what I was working on, but it had a torque spec of something like 16 ft-lbs and I looked at my adjustment and it didn't go that low. Thankfully, I also have the 3/8th torque wrench from HF that I use when doing spark plugs, so I was able to use that.

Second link has already been deleted. Some good deals there.

I know a lot of dudes in Texas ran them. No idea on quality, but they seemed pretty popular out there.

You could get the Toytec Boss and Dakar AAL for around that price. Especially since Black Friday and Cyber Monday are right around the corner.

My my little Jeep neighbor kid runs these tires and I’ve offroaded with him a few times. They perform excellent in the mud and on the trails and he is happy with them. They aren’t so loud when he’s coming down the street. Not sure about on road manners though.

No, my corporate office is in GA so I have been here all week working. I have to come a pretty good bit though. I agree with the rain, I'm glad we are getting some but dang, and this weekend is going to be pretty wet it looks like.

I shot in the basement before. Just 10 ft shots into a rinehart target. Just to work on my form and release.

That's all you need, distance comes with confidence IMO.

Edit: And dialed in sights haha
