    Pretty hard for me to find things to be excited about concerning my bench. But I’m pumped about this one. Two weeks ago I failed the last rep of 3x6 with this weight. Here’s 4x7 at the same weight like it’s an empty barbell.

    If you're referring to a "negative rep" as the world calls it, yea I incorporate them. Not typically on my cuts, but on my bulks. This helps me overload the muscle and to stimulate it for next time when I pick that weight up it knows damn well who's the bitch that day :cool: Often time's a spotter to help is best with these.
