If you’re staying downtown...there is always a lot going on if you’re just going to wing it.

The Roof Top Bar at The Vendue is a nice place to grab drinks for views of Charleston.

Uptown Social for a a decent roof top/club vibe upstairs and downstairs is more sports bar-ish.

I highly recommend Parcel 32 for Sunday brunch...as well as 5 Church.

El Jefe for decent Tex-Mex and free mechanical bull rides.

Low Tide brewery has their annual Halloween party tonight.

Revelry Brewing for outdoor roof top (no real views) clubish scene with really excellent tacos.

After Revelry walk to Hometeam BBQ for good food and Gamechangers (if you want to wake up the next morning like WTF just happened).

Man...the list just goes on and on. Easier to give recommendations when you know what you want to do and/or what your mood is.

 

...of course there is a lot of touristy shit to do, but that’s pretty easy to find.

 

Anyone have a Softopper? What are the pros/cons/opinions?

A340f and j shift? how many miles? Looks a bit rough.

 

I'm not sure on the mileage so we had a sitting here at the shop for at least four years in the vehicle. But I'll look into the mileage Monday when I get back into work and also make sure it's the A340f . It's a auto with j shift tacse

Waters Edge bar on Shem Creek is nice. Make sure you hit the bar downstairs on the water. Not the restaurant. Like Dan says so many choices downtown you can’t go wrong.

 

Gotta scrape a penny somewhere. Lol. Doesnt mean I'm getting them and people can be talked down....
