    Bedbug update - Chief nasty-ass who brought the critters in has lawyered up and is now filing a complaint against us because he claimed that he got them from our facility and that's how they infected his car and house. We're certain that it's because two other employees filed a grievance against him because now they have bedbugs and didn't before the outbreak at his cubicle.

    Meanwhile, HR is :goingcrazy:

    Maybe a little PI work will find out which cheap hotel he frequents and was the origin of the infestation.

    Looks like they are not in a crosswalk unless I'm not seeing the painted lines on that side. They should have crossed where the vehicles were stopped, but if they did, they may be dead. The Jeep ran a red while the other car was hauling ass going across. It may have been pure coincidence that it took the Jeep out just in time.

    They were in a cross walk and had right of way (need to ticket people turning left). If you look at the left side of the screen, you can see the crosswalk signal under the post mounted stop/turn light. The pedestrian cross signal was white.

    Ok. The rest of it looks like a standard run the red collision with excellent timing for the pedestrians.

    some people just dont get cleanliness...we had a guy on active duty that never brushed his teeth...looked like he ate a snikers bar everyday. We left hints in his mail box like, toothbrush, toothpaste etc..then on his annual cleaning he comes back from the first appointment and hes all mad because he had to go back in the next day because they couldnt finish the first day! typically military dentist could get you done in 30-60minutes. He just shook his head like he didnt understand....we all just stared at him, like is this guy serious?

    I hear you. I worked with a guy once who smelled so bad he always had a space around him of about 15 feet. It was kind of like mustard and severe B.O. Honestly, it was gagging. Good Gawd, take a shower.

    A man was shot 16 times and walked into a hospital two miles away
    https://www.cnn.com/2019/10/25/us/philadelphia-shot-16-times-trnd/index.html

    Philadelphia police say it's "miraculous" that a man shot 16 times was able to walk into the hospital two miles away.

    Early Friday morning, the 27-year-old was wounded in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood. Police say it's unclear why he was shot so many times. They haven't been able to interview him yet.
    Investigators found large caliber shell casings at the scene.
    Philadelphia Police Department spokesman Sgt. Eric Gripp told CNN the man was shot:
    • five times on his right side;
    • two times in his left hip;
    • three times in his upper chest;
    • once in his right shoulder;
    • once in the right side of his neck;
    • three times on his left forearm;
    • and once on his right forearm.
    Police are not identifying the man who somehow made it to Temple University Hospital and admitted himself.
    "For him to be hit that many times throughout his body ... even though he's critical, he's expected to survive," Chief Inspector Scott Small said. "That's pretty miraculous."
    Police told CNN that he was in critical but stable and was undergoing surgery.
