Love my drop-aways... I still have a NAP1000 on my Feathermax. Very quiet, no issues with fletching clearance. My son has a Whisker-Biscuit on his Mission Riot. I really like and would consider putting one on a bow. No moving parts, quiet, no issues with tuning for fixed blade broadheads. Sometimes I think we ( I ) get caught up in $$$=the best.

Post up some pics of your bow. Always like to see everybody's rigs.

I like a drop away too. My bow had a whisker biscuit on it. I tried to like it but couldn’t get over the fact of dragging the fletchings through it and slowing the arrow down, even if is wasn’t much. Took it off and bought a used drop away from a friend.

My bow is pushing 550gr at 270fps, plenty enough kinetic energy. I also have a 385gr setup pushing 315fps. but that's just too light an arrow

I shot a TW Hunter rest for years and years. I was of the mindset 'if it ain't broke...' Then I shot a buddys bow with a qad rest. Watched him shoot it a bunch in the yard also just to kinda see how it operates. Bought a qad hunter (I think) and love it.
I do want to tell something just to keep in the back of your mind, I may have mentioned this but I think it's worth saying again.
My buddy hunted one evening in the rain, all his stuff got soaked. Left his bow cased in his truck that night. It got really cold and his qad froze up. Didn't realize it until he was in a tree and he said his rest wouldn't move.
Just wanted to share. If your dropaway gets wet, you may want to dry it out if it's cold outside.

This guy comes around my yard every night at 5, if I don't have any luck this weekend he might find himself in my freezer

Alright so I’m having some weird arrow flight. I’m shooting 28” carbon express red at 70# 29” draw 100 grain field point at 305 fps. Arrow to light? Maybe I’m torquing the bow. It does slap my arm but seems to be doing it when it’s not hitting me as well. It’s been paper tuned it is alittle off but inside the fletching. I’m shooting a QAD rest but it seems to be clearing. I put powdered foot dry on the fletching wasn’t anything on the rest or bow. Any other ideas?

What is your spine and where is it hitting?

If it's slapping your arm your draw length is prolly too long.

Side to side flight some times cork screw. They measured me at 29.5” draw with this release. My arrows are 350
