what kind of rest? Is it indexed when you release so the fletching doesnt hit the string or rest. If its a whisker bisquit I'd change to a drop away rest.

This sounds stupid, but try this for a couple of shots. It worked for me on a bow I use to have.
If you're locking out your left arm (assuming you shoot right hand), try shooting with your left elbow slightly bent. This will shorten your draw length.
The line on the left would be your left arm at full draw. The line on the right would be with your left arm slightly bent.
    20191025_192243.jpg
If this helps, your draw needs to be shortened.

I think your arrow/broadhead setup is fine. Almost has to be contact from something. Or grip torque like @wilcam47 said.

    Stock as shit!
I have a shorter draw length (27, shoot 26 inch arrows) but shoot the same CE Red 350s. I draw 65lbs (the max for my bow) and was shooting a QAD. I started with 85gr broad heads but realized that my FOC was off a little bit with that set up. I stepped up to a 100gr and also swapped to a limb driven rest. My groups tightened up tremendously with that change. I've never really had the arm slap issue and was taught to slightly bend my bow arm as Stayinstock said. I'm not afraid to take a solid 60-70 yard clear shot with this rig.

One thing I will add, if you feel like you're torquing the bow, try what I call a "finger sling" on your thumb and pointer finger. I'll see if I can't find an example of it somewhere and post it. Some tournament shooters use them for various reasons. Personally, it keeps me from making the mistake of binding my arm up on the wrist sling creating torque. I only practice with one and go back to a very very loose sling that doesn't touch my arm anywhere when I hunt. It's really only there to keep you from dropping the bow after the shot.

Hope this helps some. I know your frustration. Shooting a bow consistently is much like trying to swing a golf club perfectly every time. A real pisser some days. Haha
