An e stop would be smart for our autosaw... Its so old I don't think it has one, or if it does it's not red anymore haha.

I saw one on my truck start to deform pretty bad just from a strap wrench, said screw it and paid someone to fix it while I could still drive it to them.

Was totally my fault though. First time changing the oil on any vehicle. I thought the filters had to be tightened with the wrench...

Well ours had one, albeit no wires going to it haha. Us maintenance guys knew all you had to do was hit the limit switch for it to stop so we never thought fixing it was a high priority. The safety guy saw it one day and has been nagging us for quite some time to fix it.

Is it possible to remove the part it screws into? Like on my 3RZ I can get the filter housing thing off and take it to the vise if I had to.

I don't want to deal with it. The truck is parked in the street and we have snow forecast Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. I have so much other shit to do. I should have just paid for a fucking oil change

I dont. It can be super frustrating work. Probably why I wanna design/program control circuitry on new machinery for a living someday.

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
    Yes. Yes I am

Body shop is fixing it Friday. Found a slight issue when opening and closing the door that just started to show its face now that I’m driven it.

Door rubs the rocker and just barely.. I got the faintest of paint coming off. He said bring it by Friday and they’ll get it sorted and repainted there.
    Good guys they are

    Maybe.

also good advice for anyone putting something on they might wanna take off later like s pully on a shaft. Use white lithium grease. Wont let it rust so it be easier to take off
