Oh yes. A lot. Going in early, lots of flights to prepare for.
Got home at 930 again tonight, too.

I am pretty sure that they missed all the heavy rain. Chad and Tex.proud did some shooting early, and said not mud at all. But they hadn't hit a trail. Most of the heavy stuff was East of there, so might be a good weekend for all. Chilly at night, but good.

Chilly at night is my favorite camping. Weather is perfect tonight and tomorrow for it.

they should be thoroughly enjoying the campfire, road sodas, and magic cigarettes!
I'll be going to Seguin to see about my potential treasure.
Figure I can test it out no load on a battery charger, and not kill my truck! Go from there!

If not all the parts are replaceable/rebuildable. They’re not difficult to work on. I rebuilt my old Smittybilt after shock loading it and damaging the brake.

50 yards from the edge of the world. Many cats have been lost there, pushing stuff off it.

Haven’t had a beer all week... Jesus, am I writing a country song or something? If my wife leaves me and takes the dog and my truck and my shotgun I’m buying a guitar and a hat!

    Wrapper?
    Beam? Jim Beam?
    Ya lost me.

I can’t retire, there’s too much work to be done!

You're tired! And you can only be tired once at a time. So, the only time to RETIRE, is when you are still working. Safe flying tomorrow. When I play with the winch, I may hit you up for advice.

    Ok, I’m tracking now.

    Yep. Definitely.
    I can’t retire just yet.
When my new guy (the kid that crashed) gets cleared by the dr’s to come back to work, I’ll train the hell out of him and gradually have him start taking over my smaller-medium tasks. I’ll likely cut my hours in half, at least.
We’ll see what happens regarding the Gulf. The offshore oil business isn’t booming right now and they all want pilots with like 500 hours of flying offshore.
