    Okay all, follow up news! We have decided to switch over all supercharger crank pulleys to NST, and if all goes well, we should see this project finalize and everyone have their order before or by Christmas time as per my discussions with Mike at NST. Enclosed is the email he has sent me:

    Hi Roberto,

    Thank you for the info and continued interest. With regards to the TRD
    SC Crank Insert Ring:

    We should be able to offer you 30-40 pieces for this GB in our standard
    color offerings (Red, Blue, Gold, Purple, Black).

    Overall Diameter per your notes: 6.8 inch
    Belt section diameter per your notes: 6.5 inch
    Weight Reduction Holes Added
    Timeline: six to eight weeks

    We'll provide more info regarding pricing, timeline, etc. sometime mid
    to late next week.

    I am going to begin updating the crank dampner paid, non paid members, however, NST received a payment from someone earlier today who did NOT include their forum username on the notes.

    They are keeping track of who has paid and who has not for their own record keeping outside of this and I need ALL who have paid to notify me so I can update the GB list record.

    Whomever paid without their username being known, please let me know so I can make the updates as needed.

    Got it! I will update you. :)

    They are and will be.

    I have been running mine for over a year and a half easily and I have no leaks. They come with a steel sleeve insert already installed on the pulley for easy remove and replace. :thumbsup:

    Power steering pulleys will not be available for the GB and are the only ones not available at this time as per NST.

    So, NST is now going to do the pulleys that @XPOTRPR was going to do?

    So then, like a broken record, I ask; Overdrive setup?
    NST has made them in the past. No real reason they couldn't make them again.

    I have decided against that for this particular group buy. If you want to get an overdrive setup you are more than welcome to get in touch with them in regards to purchasing an overdrive setup instead.

    Sure no problem, you are just in time!

    That price has not yet been disclosed, I have been told what it roughly should be (which will be a DAMN good deal) but I don't want to publicize the price until they finalize the price in email.

    There was not enough support. The blower community was not as "cult-ish" as we are now. Hahaha.

    I think that was an old issue which is no longer relevant. If it was they would ask you from the get-go on the order page. Or they would at least stayed it somewhere prior to purchasing. Honestly though just about every Tacoma out there has a tow package, like the ratio of tow package and non tow package tucoemas favor towards a higher ratio end on the tow package equipped tacomas so you should be okay.
