2017 dealer-pull-off TRD grill

Not sure if this is where I should ask, since I'm not selling it, but this popped up in a local (to me) Craigslist ad https://louisville.craigslist.org/pts/d/louisville-2017-toyota-tacoma-trd-front/6998539094.html

Does it look legit to you guys?
I know if I go to check it out I have to check out the tabs, any other questions/concerns I should know about?

Looks good, even that white signature is correct.

The sr5 or limited grills is a good choice for the 16-17 trd.

I had a SR grill before I even bought my 16, they were awful.

 

Looks like it it is off a limited because of chrome surround.

 

I emailed the guy and asked for more specifics. I'm wondering about those sensors I see so often discussed here. This one would still have SOME chrome, but at least it's a reduced amount over what I have now. haha

I've still got the OEM Offroad floor mats (front and rear) that I pulled from my 2017 TRD OR DCSB when someone bought a better set as a Christmas gift. I'm hoping he'll be interested in a straight-up or partial trade/cash deal. Wish me luck.

 

I’m not trying to be rude, but there always seem to be guys getting rid of their grills after they get new ones and for a lot less money. What’s the reason you want to switch from an off-road grill to limited/sr5?

 

Aesthetically it's the only thing about the Tacoma I don't like - that ugly-ass all chrome grill. It hasn't disgusted me enough to put any time, effort, or money into replacing it for the 2 years I've driven it, but if I can get an authentic OEM grill in black and of a different style than this one at a good price I'm definitely looking into it.

 

What does your Off-Road grill look like? I had always thought the TRD Sport and Off-Road had the same grill. Doesn’t yours look like this? Mine had a chrome surround but the inner portion was glossy black.

EDIT: nvm I looked them up and I realized what grill you have. As a side note, I’ve got a different grill on mine and my TRD Sport grill is available. It’s OEM and taken off immediately after I purchased my ‘19 Sport. A couple non important tabs are cracked/broken but it will still clip/snap in fine. It’s yours if you are willing to pay the shipping.

 

The shape/pattern of my grill is the same, but where yours is black mine is a shiny silver chromegasm.
