I don't blame her but the compressor flipping wasn't a bad side business for him. I'll take a picture of the serial number plate and stuff if it's still on there. I think an older lady was selling her late husband's stuff.

Oh I still have it, but it’s turned into overflow junk storage shed on wheels.

Crazy difference. It was unbearably bad only a few hours ago. Went outside, took a deep breath, and the air was totally fine.

To keep it running, it has to be running from the get go o_O

That and the Dodge Neon have to be some of the biggest pieces of crap hardly ever running on the road. I see them broken down collecting dust in a driveway/yard on every other block.

Oddly enough, I've seen a ton of Neons on the road. Same with the Saturn LS2; 2 throw-away cars that wouldn't quit.

People quit trying to keep those on the road and repairing those a loooooong time ago. You'll see very little stuff move through your store for those I bet

Only Neons I see are the SRT-4's. I only see new Saturns and rarely see them.

What would you say are the things you least expected to see or do or deal with there at Autozone? Being as unbiased as you can

That little 4 banger would burn oil after 100k miles and keep running and burning same amount of oil at 100k miles that they did at 400k miles. Unreal

I wanted one to daily. I usually see them for <$1000 and in decent shape but they sell fast but I was looking for the older SR5 with 4WD. Those are a little more pricey.

Rings. Same culprit as the 98-02 corollas. That’s another gem of a car. That damn engine will run forever on .5 qts if oil

Yeah those are sweet and those in decent shape usually get more than they're actually worth. Same with the Subaru Justy, sweet little car.

That's right. Unbelievably reliable and long lasting engine. Even with the ring problem. That's crazy
