Dang that looks like a darn good meal. Wife said she wants to go out for Mexican for her B-Day. She is taking it easy on me, surprised for with a bunch of friends, nice meal and she has wanted to go to this Drag Queen Bingo thing. So I put it all together since this is her 40th. Not something I would have chosen to go to but I have to say the drag queen bingo show was pretty damn funny.

For some reason, got an urge to take up woodworking.

This would actually be a great use for some of the ends of the empty spools laying around at work

they also make an awesome workbench for working with long stock. we had one for a workbench back home growing up, could put the vise, chop saw and bench grinder and because of the curve, the long stock would clear the other tools. would take an adjustable stand to hold the other end though.

if you see the guys out working when the reels are getting empty, I be willing to bet that a 12 pack of there choice will get you one. and if your place is on the way, they may even drop it off for you.

How I got my last small one that was in really good shape. seen a telco crew at the gas station with an empty fiber reel, and offered to take it off there hands.

it was much better shape than the one at my work.
